Azulísimo is the new destination of the Azul Restaurantes family. The big difference between Azulísimo and others is that it offers cuisine from Mexico City, that old cuisine that many people believe does not exist or consider something common, but which actually denotes tradition and culture. The name is a tribute to the Federal District, formerly DF, now CDMX, Spanish-speaking capital with more than 8 million inhabitants, resulting in a cosmopolitan destination full of history, diversity and, of course, gastronomy. The composition of Azulísimo's menu shows the culinary interest of what for some could be ordinary. You will find dishes with a versatile presentation without neglecting the classics of Mexican cuisine. Chef Zurita welcomes you with an innovative gastronomic proposal but also maintains a fine selection of the classics that have made Azul Restaurantes a benchmark for Mexican cuisine in Mexico and the world. This is a staging of old and authentic things like Huauzontles, Peneques, Huaraches, among many other dishes from the country's capital.
